Process Assessment on REA Implementation of Capital Projects
Tasks
- Ascertain ownership and level of implementation of the power projects in the North East.
- To do a forensic audit and process review of all power projects in the North East.
- To verify technical specifications and quantities executed relative to the contracted Bill of Quantity /Basic Engineering measurements.
- To determine the level of overall compliance in the project contracts.
- To review internal control framework of the REA and recommend amendments.
- Provide power projects assessment in the North East that will serve as the basis for future capital projects spending in the region
