Personal Experience

Taught in the University, worked as a Principal Consultant with the Nigerian Economic Summit Group-Lagos, Worked with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization(UNIDO), Vienna, Austria, Debt Management Office(DMO) and Director Economic Policy, Office of the Chief Economic Adviser to the President. He also served as Chief Financial Adviser to the Kano State Government. He participated in or initiated some of the following projects: 

1. 1.Consultancy to develop: Aba Leather cluster. – United Nations Industrial Development Org (UNIDO) 2005
2. Solid Waste Management and Biomass – Fed Min. of Environment (2003)
3. Cotton and Garment cluster framework – The Bank of Industry (2011-2013)
4. A Framework for Monitoring of the performance of the Fiscal Responsibility Offices at Sub-national Level – Fiscal Responsibility Commission (2012)
5. Managing New Start-ups in smallholder Mass Housing Debts – Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, 2011
6. Development Framework for the North East (Review of the Buhari Plan) – North East Development Commission (2019)
