Role of Tungsten Projects as the Lead Consultant
- · Prepare the TOR for all sector consultants.
- Lead the strategy Baseline survey to be conducted by the sector consultants.
- Supervise and review the preparation of the tools for qualitative and quantitative data collection.
- Supervise the Sector Consultants on the deployment of agreed field data collection instruments and procedures, with a focus on the requirements of the Results-Based Management (RBM) framework, monitoring and evaluation process and best practices.
- Monitor the data collection process and ensure quality of the collected data as well as standardization of reporting pattern.
- Supervise work of sector consultants who will be responsible for coordinating the field work and data entry in a computerized database.
- Supervise the work for the analysis and tabulation for all sectors final output.
- Consolidate sectoral outcomes that will produce the required input into the Stabilization Master Plan for the North East.
- Present the findings of the report to the client-NEDC Committees.
- Work on the preparation of the Master Plan for the North East.
