- Developing a framework for interventions in Infrastructure /Power/Housing
- Recovery in Education-in-Emergency,
- Reviving the Health Sector
- Strategies for Rehabilitation, Resettlement and Reconstruction
- Reviving the knowledge economy
- Review of the Security framework
- Provide MSMEs design strategy, product management and financial planning tools to enhance private sector development in the Region
- Propose alternative Financial infrastructure and zooming into Financing women-owned businesses in the North East
Outcomes
- Document submitted to the NEDC
- All sector strategies developed to feed into the NEDC Master-Plan
- Stop-gap implementation started in most the affected sectors
- As a follow-up to the reviewed Plan, a Master Plan is under preparation by the NEDC to provide a 4-year intervention framework
- A robust start-ups programme is being developed by the NEDC
